We would think there is something wrong with you, if weren't checking every two hours. Just to see how much long before you get to rip open the box and behold your shinny new goodie. 90% of the time we use UPS or LTL freight. In both cases, you will receive a tracking number upon shipping when the package leaves the building.

Most of the items we build are built to order and not kept as inventory items. We do our best to keep in contact with you during the whole process, but if you haven't been updated with the status of your order, please contact us for up dates so we can ease your pain of waiting.

It's possible that your order has been shipped out in different phases. Ex: if you ordered front and rear shocks, but only received the fronts, it's most likely we are still waiting from the rears to show up from the vendor. As always, contact us with any concerns.

We insure all our packages that go out and will take the correct steps in processing all claims with the shipping company.
